Consulting
Our knowledgeable and experienced sales personnel will assist you through every phase of the design process and make recommendations based on your specific needs. In fact, we will visit with your department and attend project and planning meetings if necessary.

Customized Engineering
We can adapt any of our standard tower designs to meet your specific needs. With our experienced in-house engineering department, the possibilities are endless. In fact, many of our customers work one-on-one with our engineering experts to create custom towers.

Site Planning
A well-planned site is the foundation to securing suitable training space. We will assist you in planning your training facility to accommodate all of your current and future training needs.

Funding Resources
Many departments face the hurdle of financing their training tower. To provide departments with another financing alternative, we developed FFI Leasing. FFI Leasing is a cost-effective financing alternative to single-payment budgeting by spreading the cost of a tower over a number of years. If you are interested in more traditional financing options, we can refer you to grants available at state and federal levels. We can also assist you in writing and preparing grant applications for submittal.

Budget Planning
We understand that budgets dictate many large expenditures including fire training towers. We can assist you in providing cost estimates, cost justifications, and business planning.

Presentation Tools
To assist you with the development of presentations for local officials or department members, we will provide you with preliminary concept drawings of your proposed tower, bid documents, and specifications. We would also be happy to, at your request, participate in your presentation by offering additional information on the benefits of fire training, working with Fire Facilities, and the tower you selected.

Tower Erection
Tower erection services are offered through FFI Dealers. These erectors are well versed with our product line and have experience working with fire departments. To facilitate an easy erection process, you and your chosen erector will receive a complete set of construction drawings and manuals. If you choose to erect the tower yourself, our engineering department is available to answer any questions throughout the erection process by calling 800-929-3726.

Post-Sale Support
We are committed to our customers before, during, and after the sale. We are dedicated to ensuring you get the most of your Fire Facilities training tower. If you wish, we can visit your department and help you conduct the first live burn in your tower. We will also provide guidelines for proper use of your facility and help you arrange any training you may require.
