Prior to Construction
- Aid in facility site planning
- Offer guidance in cost justifications and business planning
- Help in finding resources for funding and financing
- Provide cost estimates
- Provide preliminary concept drawings
- Assist in preparation of presentations to local officials or department members
- Participate in presentations to local officials or department members
- Provide plans for permit sets for submission to local governing bodies
- Provide bid drawings and specifications
During Construction
- Provide complete construction drawings and manuals
- Offer guidance in coordinating mechanical and supporting trades
- Toll-free access to expert engineers who can answer any questions
After Construction
- Offer facility start-up service
- Provide guidelines for proper use of the fire training tower
