The Volunteer 1 is a single-story burn building that represents a single-story residence with an attached garage. The burn building features two rooms, two exterior doors, and one interior door providing the basics in fire training. Due to its durable structure, laddering and other frequently conducted training exercises may be conducted anywhere in the training building.
