The Volunteer 1 is a single-story structure that represents a single-story residence with an attached garage. The building features two rooms, two exterior doors, and one interior door providing the basics in fire training. Due to its durable structure, laddering and other frequently conducted training exercises may be conducted anywhere in the building.
