Kyle Kinyon serves as the Western Regional Manager for Fire Facilities, working with fire departments across the western United States to plan and develop live fire training facilities that support safe, realistic firefighter training. Kyle brings 15 years of fire service experience, including four years in wildland firefighting and eleven years with the Santaquin Fire Department in Utah, where he responds to both fire and EMS calls.
In addition to his fire service background, Kyle has extensive experience working with government agencies, small and large companies to find solutions to complex operational challenges. Through his leadership experience in the industrial equipment sector, he worked closely with municipalities, military organizations, and large enterprises to identify needs and implement effective solutions.
Kyle takes a consultative approach when working with departments, focusing on understanding each agency’s training goals and operational needs to help them build training facilities that best serve their firefighters and communities.
