Steven Harms brings a wealth of expertise in both leadership and firefighting to his role at Fire Facilities. With over 20 years of experience in construction management, he offers a strong foundation for supporting his clients’ needs. Steven has served as the board president for the Genesee Fire Department in Colorado and the Highland Rescue Ambulance Team, highlighting his commitment to service and community safety.
With more than 16 years in firefighting, including four as chief, Steven holds multiple advanced certifications, including Fire Fighter 3, HazMat, Incident Command, and First Responder. He is also helicopter certified, Wildland Fire/Crew Chief certified, and has received numerous lifesaving awards.
Steven’s professional background is further strengthened by 10 years of leadership as a business owner and a Bachelor of Science from the Colorado Auraria Campus. As Regional Sales Manager, he is passionate about helping other fire professionals implement safe, effective live fire training solutions. Steven supports Fire Facilities’ clients throughout the US Northwest and western Canada, working closely to address their training needs with industry-leading solutions.
